I get it fresh when i unthaw it and it saves me going to get my shopping 3x a week.. instead i got once every 10 days.

I choose not to believe that freezing destroys 80% of nutrients because every step closer you get stricter on primal... the more of an inconvenience it is in our day to day lives.

But it's very clear he is slowly becoming a talking head serving the elites to misguide people. He just started saying dumb shit once he got more famous like how cooking your food is okay.
