I think raw milk can indeed be very beneficial. I also eat only fruit in summer and try to choose local or homegrown fruit whenever possible. I'm thinking about making raw cheese from raw milk, since I can get raw milk cheaply. Raw cheese would provide all the raw animal fat and protein without the carbs.

I am 19, so not really in development; however, I think I could benefit from it since it's a good source of raw animal fats and protein, and I can get raw milk pretty cheaply. I agree with you that ketosis would be best for disease prevention, but long-term ketosis can have some negative effects. I think when our ancestors ate their natural diet, they would eat a large amount of meat when they would hunt an animal, the large amount of protein would also kick the body out of ketosis for a short period.

Raw milk is good for development, but I keep it to one meal by itself. And not everyday. If you like dairy, have as much cream and butter as you want. For fruits, I would eat seasonally. In the UK for example I would only have berries when they come in season in nature. Honey is kind of pointless.

If you are in development I would recommend you include them. I wouldn't worry about nuances like whether or not it inhibits autophagy. You must focus on questions like what is indicated for our species. I do believe that a ketogenic diet is most adjacent with disease prevention, though. But not really being in and staying in ketosis.
