<p dir="auto">A, Peeled cucumber + tomato juice + spring water<br />
B, Melons and generally fruits with high water content, with relatively lower sugar + spring water<br />
C, Bone broth simmered at 95-99 °C for long time + spring water<br />
C, Just carbonated spring water like Gerolsteiner</p>

Also hydrate with fruit and low sugar fruit juice. Tomatoes are best for hydration according to aajonus. Bone broth is cooked garbage. The minerals are cauterized and it will cause harm. Minimize drinking any type of water alone, even gerolsteiner cause water is bad for hydration if you only drink it alone. You are going to have to eat quite a lot of fat cause if you don't have raw dairy fat, animal fat isn't as hydrating.</p>

The most hydrating is raw milk as one liquid. Or blood + fruit juices. Raw milk heavily preferred.</p>
