Nahh I dont like the idea of over indulging my life with raw primal, I like it to be a nice complimentary to my life. Kinda like being a Gymcell. It takes more than it gives lol.

When I get my raw milk I make butter and cream and then drink the skimmed raw milk and it’s still good

Yeah it is but heres the thing.. It's a cost thing, I think i'd be spending twice as much money on raw butter compared to pasturised.. and also I cant find many available that aren't a ripoff. I'm in london (dont dox) So everything is extremely expensive.

I get good cuts.. about 1.5 pounds of lean meat a day I eat as im trying to lose bodyfat.. My 4 egg lube with 150 grams of kerrygold with honey costs just £4 alone LOL.

Alot of the money is spent on raw milk & oysters.. Liver is very cheap so I get a fair amount in.
