I have tried it once didnt much of a difference tbh. Altough it was one time only. Any recommendations? Anyone got experience with it?</p>

I fall asleep much faster and wake up more refreshed this way.</p>

And get a hard foam mattress. So it doesn’t dip when you lay on it.</p>
