<![CDATA[Raw Butter indigestion]]>ive been primal since last summer but only a few weeks ago i noticed that I cant digest raw butter well. I noticed my stool is yellow and my skin is dry. And whenever i eat raw butter or even the lube formula i dont really feel the butter lubrication my insides.
about 3 weeks ago i started to mix raw honey with butter to help digest the butter, it helped a bit but then it got worse again. On some days i digest it better than on others.
Also the same with raw milk, on some days i have issues digesting it and on others i have no problem. When i say "issues digesting" i mean i get bloated instantly and i just feel it laying there in my stomach.

Any help or personal experiences? thanks

If then its a no go i suppose pasteurized butter aint the worst thing in the world.. It probably will slow down detox compared to raw. would personally up the fattiness of the meat if i couldn't do either.

Its a shame because butter is so important especially raw, Good luck to you regardless.
