<![CDATA[prevent dandruff]]>hello, ive been washing my hair with eggs and cut out shampoo for the past few months, while ive noticed my hair quality improving ive also noticed i now get dandruff. I am not on a primal diet nor carnivore. Does anyone know how to prevent dandruff while washing hair with eggs? I wash my hair with eggs once a week

I like how my hair looks without it more. I think coming from shampoo it’s an upgrade but if your scalp is actually completely adjusted to no products its a downgrade. No shampoo actually gave me curls and i had flat hair all my life.

I’m on 2 years no shampoo also no soap no bullshit products at all i can go a few days without showering smelling good. I just wet my hair in the morning with cold water. Skin and hair look and feel healthy.

only one ingredient. Mix with some coconut oil before washing. Raw eggs & raw honey works well too ofc.
