And are there any circuminstances under which raw meat/eggs/milk can be bad for my health?</p>
<p dir="auto">Im asking this because i started really looking forward to start eating raw foods, i have eggs from a local farm not from a shop so i guess they are good to eat? Idk And where do i get raw milk and raw meat from?</p>

You can go to a butcher for quality meat and in my country there’s a store you can buy raw milk. But if you really want high quality go to local organic farms with grassfed animals and ask if you can buy straight from them. Good luck, you’ll def feel amazing on this diet</p>
