It depends on the context, though. When considering raw A1 or pasteurized A2, I would say on paper for younger people especially, A1 raw would be best, even though it is rough on digestion, the growth factors and lactoferrin are more important in certain circumstances.</p>

Most people would be better going with A1 unpasteurized. even though A1 is more inflammatory.</p>
