Whenever I take ketamine, the comedowns the next day are awful. I feel very lethargic/tired and normally a headache too, slightly similar to the feeling of a hangover from alcohol but for me at least it’s a lot worse.
They’ve gotten better as ive been using ketamine less frequently but it’s still pretty bad, im wondering if there’s any “cure” or just anything in general that can lower the symptoms either before I use ket or the day after?

@veloman I started taking it pretty young and it quickly became a habit, it’s pretty hard to go without it now

@ela I can imagine, I’ve got cousins who do that stuff and it’s terrible, good luck getting off it tho
