What are your thoughts about eating something healthy, but you don't like to eat?
For many people, eating raw liver doesn't taste good due to the taste or texture. It would be against your instinct to eat it, even though subconsiously you know it's healthy.

@georgeprimaӏ the liver itself doesn’t taste bad ( unless it’s really bad quality/old) it’s the brainwashing thats convincing you it’s dirty and disgusting, if you eat it over a period of time, you’ll start to recognise the taste for what it really is

theres a difference between being disgusted by it and not wanting to eat it. when i first started the diet i found liver disgusting, but thats different from not wanting to eat it. now after being on the diet for a while i do not find it disgusting but sometimes i feel like i just dont want to eat it. for me thats my body telling me i dont need it currently. so eat it for a while til you dont feel disgusted by it and then see if you want to eat it or not

@georgeprimaӏ For me I’ve always craved muscle meats so eating them was easy. When I tried liver for the first time I didn’t like the taste but then a few hours later I was craving the liver, even though I knew I wouldn’t enjoy the taste. Now I love the taste xd

@rawmeat yeah exactly food isn’t supposed to be hyperpalatable and modern slaves would like mcgoyslop over a raw liver even though their body recognizes it wants the liver more. Once your taste buds are working properly again you can appreciate it and you’ll start craving it when you need the nutrients. After eating the liver you’ll be so satiated you’ll not want to eat liver for a few days.
