If I don't have a juicer for vegetables is it still beneficial to eat them or should I just stick to animals?
You could chew the vegetable and spit out the fiber but I haven't tried it or anything...
If you don't have a juicer you can try blending the vegetables into a pulp and squeezing it through a cheesecloth. This works for coconut cream so I figured it would work for veggies too.
