I buy my raw steaks from mainly butcher shops, but sometimes just the grocery stores like kroger. I haven't had any problems with them but just want to know if the benefits are even still there or worth it knowing damn well that these steaks are sprayed, and from industrial animals that have been vaccinated and given antibiotics and unhealthy diets and living conditions etc. Most butcher shops and grocery stores in US cities aren't from grass fed farm raised actually healthy animals. I'm only talking about muscle meat here as I won't buy organs from these places as theyre from toxic animals. And also most farm meat is frozen, its not very easy to access premium quality grass fed farm raised etc fresh. Just curious if its even worth to eat meat that has been sprayed and from unhealthy animals, who knows what else, are the long term effects really worth the nutritional benefits.

It's not bad at all and it will do you good very good. Fresh supermarket muscle meat is a lot better than freezed top quality liver cause a lot of organisms in the meat die. I eat low quality chicken breast from supermarket and never had a problem. Worry about organs (especially bone marrow, liver and brain), and fat, as they store toxins a lot more. You can buy low quality very lean meat and buy a good non toxic source of fat and you should be good.
