i REALLY wanna be primal. Im currently in highschool , 11th grade , after i finish highschool there is this two month break, then i will be forced to go to a mandatory military service being 11 months, there will be breaks like returning every 3 weeks or so, im worried firstly about the vaccine ill be forced to take beforehand, and im also worried about the diet there, ive seen their food, cereal, rice, cooked chicken, apple juice, every slop imaginable, this isnt just a one time thing, ill have to do it for 20 more years, luckly it'd be only 2 weeks for every military service after the first 11 month one, which will all include shaving my hair every time, and i love having long hair i dont want to be a slave. im just venting at this point

Fleeing wouldn't work, only thing i can do is be primal now, and i have to handle the vaccinations, and have to handle the food there, and wait. luckily when i become 30 i wouldnt have to go, plus I'm fine with going the first 11 months, and every service after that would be only for the duration of 2 weeks every year, my main issue is the side effects on my body if i drastically changed my diet from being primal to eating normie food for 2 weeks, then returning primal. My country is the UAE, country of Dubai, though i don't live in Dubai

@mohamed fleeing is possible, vaccines are genuinely terrible, if not the worst thing for the human body, put that on top of bad dieting and excessive exercise and your body is gonna be half dead by the time you’re 50, your older self will thank you if you don’t go
