Conclusion: If a woman wants to breed with you a little more likely because of your gains, does that not mean 'biochemically' that gaining muscle is heading in the right direction for passing off our genetics & continuing the species?

@ela Yeah, another cope. Hunting used to be stressful why did we do that. Stressful doesn't always mean unnatural/negative. There can be a reward at the end of it all for your endeavors.

I think goatis is very woata (front chain dominant). This is unnatural and caused by modern lifestyle. It stresses the joints and the body in general in a very unnatural way, making him feel that lots of movements are harmful for the body which it is in this pattern. It only gets worse unless you consciously train your way back to natural movement. Only then will training feel like an improvement (in survival if you’d be in nature).

Most traditional training makes you more woata even if you are pretty goata. You’d really have to always train in this pattern. Same for running, it absolutely feels horrible and will destroy your body if you’re front chain dominant. Only if you move in the right pattern you will become more goata

@zygomidus Why not incorporate both
@Jay I believe functional exercises are good ( they are not significantly stressful) to strengthen the body structurally like for example fixing muscles imbalances that cause poor posture. I believe exercise is to correct something that you lack that you naturally should have so actually you shouldn't even need to think about exercising ever. Lifting benching heavy weights up and down like most people just makes no sense to me.
