I was wondering what is the best method to cook meat with the least amount of poisons(as a stew or in.the oven or on the stove ect)?As i still once in a while have to eat some cooked meat a few times a month at some places or just for the taste.

@PrimalFingolian id guess boiling as you would avoid carcinogens, but even then you’d still probably be boiling in tap water. You don’t need to stress about eating a few cooked meals tho, there is much worse things you could consume

Iv'e always imagined beef jerky would be possibly fine on primal because it's not exactly cooking, it's smoked. So grey area.. Not sure.

@veloman Yeah probably gonna make some stew or something like that.I know that something like grilling is one of the worst becose it creates a lot of different toxins and also the outside is completly charred.

@Jay I mean dried meat if you make it yourself with no salts,is not the worst you just need to eat it with raw fats if you can.I sometimes make dried strips of meat just hang dried with some grounded paprika for some longer trips if i cant get any raw fresh meat.
