i sometimes buy store bought fish meat(mostly salmon or mackerel) and i wanted to know ur guys's oppinion on it. I know its store bought so it wont be as good quality and stuff but i was just wondering if the difference is that big

farmed salmon has pretty high pesticide contamination id avoid it, but if you can get wild caught salmon even from the store it should be fine.
