      I've eaten moldy liver a few times now. Mold is the strongest detoxer. Cant see clear enough from the pic but I looks like white mold...

      Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

        @zygomidus idk aboht this one, I’ve got 3month old chicken liver and that smells better than this one, this one is only 1 month old

          @veloman maybe the liver was packaged in plastic if it smells bad. It's a big nono for fermenting. I only let my milk ferment cause it doesn't really touch plastic.

          You also need to open your jar every 2-3 days to let the bacteria balance out, and never have the lid completely closed.

          I don't know im not so knowledgeable about fermenting meat
