How do I even find raw milk alot of people have claim is better for lactose intolerant people and is good for growth

@primalasian Search for milk farms near your area then try to enquire them about if their milk is pasteurised or not.

Facebook groups are quite helpful for this

Search for farms on Google maps and look them up to see if they have milk and then call them and see if they are willing to sell
