Does whipping egg whites change anything about them? I feel like I enjoy the texture more when they’re whipped whilst still keeping them raw

Above answer is incomplete. If you gonna whip them u MUST add something, like a coating agent. Like veggie juice, or better yet fat of animal origin.
It takes two whips ( according to Aajonus) to lose about 30% of the nutrients. If you blend it solo you might lose even more.The oxygen is not your friend in this case you need to coat it to prevent oxidization

The rare times I drink juices I just crush beets with my own hands and lick the juice . Looks like blood tastes like Mother Earth.
