I tried chewing celery and spiting out the fiber. I did it one time and it worked... my pee wasn't burning as much for example but it was time consuming and I inevitably swallowed some fiber. Until I get a juicer I won't be chewing on vegetables very often.

@love aajonus recommended juicing with a low emf machine and blenderizing it with honey to preserve and sweeten it. You can find the recipes in his recipe book. These juices are meant to regulate different systems of your body like the lymphatic, etc. Personally having drank celery juice and honey for periods of time, it did help raise my appetite a bit for meat, because certainly after eating muscle meat for a while does make you lose a bit of appetite, especially if your meat is straight from the fridge.
