I’ve been doing some mild sun gazing but idk if it’s helping much, does it take time? Is there any specific foods to eat?
@veloman Yes, i actually know it works aswell because I used to wear glasses (+2.5)
I would apply egg whites to my eyes everyday, sometimes even twice a day; and about twice a week i would mix butter and eggwhites and apply that aswell
I no longer need glasses to read, although i still try not to strain them so i used bigger text when i read : ) -

@veloman yes, id separate the yolk and the white, then place my finger in the whites to get a little drop and apply it in my eye like eyedrops, then after i would close my eye and move it around to fully coat it
