Does anybody know a website where you can order raw unsalted butter to sweden cause raw unsalted butter is basically impossible to find here and I haven't found a website that ships raw unsalted butter to sweden. I need lube formula so bad. My joints are cracking like crazy. And tbh raw animal is harder to digest for me.
@zygomidus Have you tried using coconut cream instead of raw butter if you cant get any?You could use it as an substitue for the butter but it ofc wont be as good.

I can pay 18€/kg max for butter and my milk isnt that fatty. The farm that sell the fattier milk (around 5.5% fat) only sell 5 liter/week to a customer. I have 21L for the week and I drink 2L per day minimum just to not get thirsty cause imma big boy and I also need cheese for the stomach detox. Also If I'm gonna make butter myself it's like 4-5 times cheaper to get animal fat from the butcher and I'm broke as hell rn.Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@Bert I don'tthink I will grow unfortunately. I'm turning 22 soon so I think I missed out but I'm 188cm the last time I measured anyway so it's all good. But I will keep trying, if you buy directly from your farmer, ask him not to not refrigerate your milk and they'll likely be cool about it

@zygomidus try beilleveure, ask them to become a importer or sum. U can import it and sell it to luxury grocery stores. I use that brand in Hong Kong, it’s in the luxury grocery stores, though quite expensive, I guess being an importer would be cheaper. 6€ for 125g. HK is an expensive anyway. I would be an importer but someone alrdy beat me to it

@RuskinPrimal Yeah you’re def good on height bro. Your clavicles could still grow though. If you’re tall and wide clavicles people perceive you as a large size human not just long.

@Bert no I'm tall but my frame and palate is narrow
I was malnourished. My hands are pretty small for my height too which means I didn't get enough nutrients at certain periods of growth.@zygomidus clavicles will probably grow if you drink 3L raw milk. But make sure you don’t talk yourself down with inflated standards from social media

Idk abt this, but from reading all tons of primal diet anecdotes, to see face, height, clavicles changes you need to be really fat. I read one about a 31 year old growing 4cm after getting fat and detoxing.
I kinda have the same issues as u lol if u do fix it tell me the method

@Bert nah bro even my friends say they are but its exaggerated a bit cause I'm taller so I look a bit lanky but I don't care too much about it as its a one generation fix so much children won't have that problem. I've stopped caring about blackpill and what I can't change about my looks in the sense that my children will be properly developed and have no toxicity. So like why even care tbh lol. There is nothing to be done except to detox and to store nutrients until they are born so that they will maximize health and development. The rest is up to their body. If I theoretically die after they are born... It doesn't matter for their physical development. So I'm relieved and I never worry about it.

@zygomidus I like your mindset a lot bro. I think a healthy father is enough tho. The girl needs to be super healthy for a good development in the womb and then the baby needs to eat healthy and have healthy habits as well. Lots of barefoot time and floor resting. People here think nutrition is everything but it’s not bro. Tight shoes and 8h a day forced in a chair fuck up your posture thus development.
