@Bert tribes don’t chew their meat, plenty of tribes have milk only diets. Tongue is correlated with good development not causing it.

@Elliott87 Even swallowing liquids with correct tongue function puts a lot of pressure.

@zygomidus palate doesn’t expand due to nutrient defiency, tongue can’t fit, mouth breathing occurs. The tongue is not that strong, how does this adaption occur???

@Elliott87 Explain how palette expansion and protraction facemask works then. It works even in ahh diets. Often results from these types of procedures relapse unless you really work on building the tongue strength and fixing posture so your body can support the new structure after you take the external force away.

Bro wtf? 💀💀💀 ofc it will work. Ur breaking the bone and pushing it apart. Relapse? Explain more??? the body repairing the damage that is artificially moving the bones by breaking them, the body can straighten bent bones you know. How do you know posture and tongue strength stopped it returning, I’m sure many did it and saw zero results. The exceptions were prob too toxic to do such a repair. Dude did you even study aajonus??????? Poor posture = degeneration

@Elliott87 braces and facemask work by prolonged force bro. Of course nutrition is equally if not more important

@Bert bro the result from that is shitty, nothing like actual growth

Forgot to say, whales have structurally different tongues to us, they are not “mewing”

@Elliott87 it's about consistent force. When you swallow the tounge naturally sticks to the roof of the mouth and applies pressure upwards and forwards. How else will the maxilla rotate? Ofc the tounge has to fit the palate which wouldnt even be possible without pre-correct posture and nutrition. If your palate is already too narrow then ur cooked 💀 sadly mine is tho

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@zygomidus bro the maxilla doesn’t need to “rotate” it just needs to grow. So called downward growth is just lack of growth. If that’s the case then how come we don’t need any constant force to grow our clavicles, long bones, ribcage. It’s 100% nutrition and epigenetics. 0% habits.

Any so called “bad habit” is just a symptom and correlational. Bad posture comes from poor growth, bad tongue posture is only because the palate is too narrow due to lack of nutrition.
