@Jack Thanks, it was way worse before. My right eye has fully recovered, so it doesn’t really bother me that much now

Solar Retinopathy? -
Solar Retinopathy?@Jack It was around the beginning of April last year. I was sun gazing at around 1 pm for about 20 minutes while waiting for a bus. Then I came home around 3 pm and did it again for another 30 minutes. Later that same day when I was going to sleep I noticed I couldn’t see properly on my phone because there was a black dot in my vision that wasn’t disappearing. Before that I had only been sun gazing at sunrise and sunset. And I don’t think egg whites would have any impact on it at all since it’s a scar on the retina.

How to actually clear your acne no bsThis advice comes from someone who struggled with acne for a long time. Eat mostly muscle meat with fat ,also a small amount of liver. Spend as much time in the sun as possible, drink only water, and avoid washing your face even with water. avoid blue light exposure, strong perfumes or fragrances, and environmental pollution in general.
When going out you can also apply a small amount of beef tallow under the eyes and around the nose to give the skin a more natural and healthy glow.
Additionally, if someone is only focused on reducing skin inflammation rather than overall health, using 500 mg of aspirin on occasional cheat days may help reduce the inflammation that would normally occur.
