    I’ve been doing my research and I’m thinking of integrating certain carbs into my diet and seeing how I react to it, although i don’t completely agree with rat peat I do understand the wya he thinks and im going to be adding orange juice i will squeeze and bananas and honey and i will see how i react

    @xx thinking of it it makes sense why calories don’t make sense since how can you calculate how “fattening” a food is depending on how it heats water when burned it’s very dumb thinking about it

    @veloman yeah I checked and my growth plates are still open so I might stick with 1L but I’m Defo no carb like I don’t believe in the veggie juice buabyea little bit of honey won’t hurt but I’m not into it

    @veloman I’m not sure if you remember But I am a huge dairy fan I mean there isn’t enough dairy in the world for me I currently drink 1L of raw fresh buffalo milk and around 600ml of fermented cows milk with the eggs and liver I will have no problem at all with stepping it up to 2L of buffalo milk but I’m lowk worried about gaining fat since how yummy and creamy buffalo milk is and I’m active I go on walks in the morning and right before sunset and also walk to wherever I can walk to but im traveling in summer and i want to be lean so i can crack foids every day

    I’m kinda chubby ish but not really like I just need to loose a little fat to look perfect in my opinion so basically I’m cutting yk but not depriving myself from any good food so basically my friend who sees me a lot told me about vitamin a toxicity since I eat about 100g of liver minimum per day and what do you guys think of leaning out by counting calories and going to the gym I know “cortisol” but i feel amazing my face looks better than ever

    Today I saw a friend eating some potato chips she made in her oven and they looked so good she sent me the ingredients and told me to measure myself what do you think of them

    I mean I’ve been sleeping okay ish but my diet has been in my opinion perfect good amount of liver and red meats and a lot of dairy and fermented dairy and alot of early sunlight and I’m not that stressed but I just kinda wanna know where this Is coming from
