@love no no, the actual testosterone molecule in injections / pills is derived from soy. they take soybeans and extract compounds from it then rearrange their chemical structure to make it similar to the testosterone in your body. different from the oil carrier they use in injections although that is also made from seed oils. also oral steroids are way harsher on your liver. they have to pass through your liver and since they're designed to not be broken down by the liver since the liver would just remove it from your body. so it basically rapes your liver over and over again while the liver tries taking it out of your body. in injections they pass through your liver little by little, not all at once like in pills.

steroids would disrupt hormonal homeostasis, also a lot of steroids are made from soy, specifically soybean oil. do with that as you will. steroids put a lot of stress on your body, as you can see with almost all users, where their skin is really wrinkly and they look like shit. and their hair is falling off. all steroids are synthesized chemicals that are derived from soybean oil. overall it's your choice but definitely doesnt line up with this websites view

@Bert interesting theory. you can also use the formula for a while and see how you feel to come to a better conclusion. a lot of primals listen brainlessly to info given to them instead of questioning it, so its good that you are questioning it. me personally i have seen significant positive changes when using the formula, which is why i will continue using it. you can experiment, its your body and no one can tell you whats good for it and whats not

blood and oysters to satisfy cravings. if salt helps you eat your raw meat i would say the pros outweigh the cons. but of course if youre aiming to be fully optimal you have to quit.

for me i think resident raw doesn't really follow the diet strictly, he has really dark eye circles and also he just doesnt look healthy to me i dont really know how to explain it

only good thing about him is he got a lot of people into the diet through tiktok. he is a very bad person for what he did to his wife and kid. also his comments about having sex with children. some people think just because they are on the primal diet it means they can suddenly act like cavemen. just imagine youre a father and some creepy latvian dude is saying he should have sex with your young daughter. makes me sick to my stomach

depends on what type of colostrum you're getting. if its colostrum from the first 24 hours after giving birth its basically like drinking blended raw liver nutrient wise and it has a shit ton of protein and fat. the colostrum which is 2 to 5 days after giving birth is probably the one youll be getting and that one is slightly worse than the first one but still high nutrients. colostrum is overrated af if you've finished puberty because the only advantage is the growth hormones and the nutrients u can get from just eating raw liver and the protein and fat from raw milk.

if youre very desperate to stop it you can just use modern medicine honestly. but just know theyre very harmful and the next time you detox youll have to detox them as well. but if you are extremely desperate to stop it you can do it. id recommend to just sit in the sun and rest your body and wait it out instead of consuming harmful synthetic medicine

theres a difference between being disgusted by it and not wanting to eat it. when i first started the diet i found liver disgusting, but thats different from not wanting to eat it. now after being on the diet for a while i do not find it disgusting but sometimes i feel like i just dont want to eat it. for me thats my body telling me i dont need it currently. so eat it for a while til you dont feel disgusted by it and then see if you want to eat it or not

aajonus used to do it to get energy because he had chronic fatigue. its bad for you and when you detox youll detox it thru snot coming out of your nose. it would be far less harmful for someone on the primal diet, so if you are very addicted at least follow the diet at the same time. still very bad and i recommend you to just quit

yeah but faceiq has never claimed to follow aajonus' works. his approach to the primal diet is a modern one, he uses mainstream scientific studies and whatnot.
