@rawcular11 yea lmao normies really can't grasp cause and effect. They don't understand that the body responds perfectly to the signals and stimulus that you give it. They think their body is imperfect despite billions of years of evolution. It's laughable. Yea your body is just broken and you should take pills cause you have a deficiency in isolated foreign compounds that manipulate your physiology. They actually believe this

Vegetable juices poll and your opinion@Jay I've had similar green juice a while ago and I really liked it. It's very refreshing. I don't drink it anymore though. Maybe I have bad intuition

Regain the Beauty of YouthHave you ever observed a healthy newborn child?
The way they react to the world around them is pure, unfiltered human instinct. They aren't yet hindered or held back by the poisons that plague our world. It's beautiful to see what a nearly natural human looks like, but it's also depressing knowing how the kid will likely develop later in life. It all depends on what the parents ate and what they feed the child. The child has no say in it all. They may be forced to eat broccoli or other similar vegetables. This is especially dangerous for small children because of the way toxicology works. It's a bigger dose of goitrogens for the baby that instantly wrecks the uptake of iodine into the thyroid. This child will end up with a severe mental disability or won't grow to his height potential. All because of the emphasis on vegetables and leafy greens.
The baby has much better instincts than the adults, or they follow them better.
But before this, if the child has not had to go through this traumatic experience, you can look and see the way it acts. It probably doesn't cry much if it is breastfed. It might lie on its back and start smiling every now and again. It's such a beautiful state to be in.
That's exactly how I feel on a diet of raw organs, oysters, and meat. I'll start smiling out of nowhere and I can't even stop if I tried. Just an overwhelming feeling of happiness and hope for my life and my future offspring. It's like goatis said, I know I'm in heaven.

Cooking The whites leftover from the eggEverything you put in your mouth has an opportunity cost, so it should count. If you're already getting excess protein to fat from meat, how's it helpful to eat egg whites without much nutrition attached to it?
-
Cooking The whites leftover from the egg@Jay I just toss them because they don't provide much nutrition-wise. The yolks are great though, besides them being not so saturated. Used to eat 4 a day and I would argue that's the amount they should be consumed if they aren't completely pasture raised.

Does anyone here do Carbmaxxing?@Jay personally I did notice dips in energy starting off low carb trying to do cardio but in about a month my endurance actually improved. My strength training is probably worse but I don't tire as quickly. Also when I go super low carb I do notice I can focus significantly better and I'm not nearly as bloated. Currently milk maxxing and trying to grow though so can't really say I'm low carb.

Does anyone here do Carbmaxxing?@love 1kg is nuts. Keep us updated lmao
-
Does anyone here do Carbmaxxing?@foidkiller1488 I would say that 60-80 percent fat is probably the ideal because that's the high range for non-industrialized tribes. Also, for the OP, the longer you go low carb the more adapted to burning fat you become. This happens over the course of 6 months. You will have a higher baseline of energy than even the high energy spikes of carbs by that time

Raw milk@veloman of course, they both matter. It depends on the context, though. When considering raw A1 or pasteurized A2, I would say on paper for younger people especially, A1 raw would be best, even though it is rough on digestion, the growth factors and lactoferrin are more important in certain circumstances.

What I just realized about Sex on Primal..@Jay it's not about your physical health as much as it is your mental health. Choosing the wrong partner is brutal

Antibiotic detox@themanwhosleeps you can probably recover from any gut dysbiosis pretty quick, but aajonus says it takes a long time to detoxify it from the body. Just thug it out I would say.
-
Asprin@rashed anything that is artificial whether it's a supplement or a pill that claims to "improve biomarkers" does so at a cost. It will not benefit your overall health. The place that your health markers need to be is precisely where they will be when you follow a natural species appropriate lifestyle

Aajonus lube is nuking your health?@Bert it's great for healing physical traumas and such but maybe not a good thing to do for the rest of your life in my opinion

“Too much liver”@rashed calories are just a unit of energy. It's calculated by combustion of that food in a closed thermodynamic system. Our body is not a closed system. It's open and changing. While calories may give you a good idea of the energy that would be yielded from eating a specific amount of food, it may also not. The calculations for calories can be very off, and even if they are spot on, metabolic efficiency can change the amount of atp yielded and thus the amount of potential energy stored.

FructoseIQ@eatrawmeat Seems to be the case because he has had plenty of time to find proper arguments and yet he refuses to properly debate anyone and settle the confusion that he left after announcing it. he instead decides to say things like 'It's gay'

Grounding@Jay It's several times more effective the more humid it is.
