I ate some raw pig skin , raw beef (meat and fat) and a small amount of bone marrow. I laid down for around 20 minutes to use my phone and I noticed that I felt nauseous. I will send some pics regarding the quality of the beef. The pig skin was pretty high quality.
Could it be detox? It is important to say that I eat raw meat once or twice a month
I usually consume raw dairy or raw eggs.The only thing that comes to mind apart from detox is the fact that the cow could have been vaccinated, although I highly doubt it since it was from the butcher.

@Duta-M It might be because you eat raw meat so rarely so your body has not adapted yet to it. Just shows your digestion is working if you get nausea as a "beginner".

@Rabbi i onely eat raw liver and cooked mucle meat because mucle meat is to expansive is that good?
