    This advice comes from someone who struggled with acne for a long time. Eat mostly muscle meat with fat ,also a small amount of liver. Spend as much time in the sun as possible, drink only water, and avoid washing your face even with water. avoid blue light exposure, strong perfumes or fragrances, and environmental pollution in general.

    When going out you can also apply a small amount of beef tallow under the eyes and around the nose to give the skin a more natural and healthy glow.

    Additionally, if someone is only focused on reducing skin inflammation rather than overall health, using 500 mg of aspirin on occasional cheat days may help reduce the inflammation that would normally occur.
