How to do this diet as a college student with low income?
Parents think its to expensive since i would have to eat large amounts of meat. Raw meat like tartare is even more expensive.

Well I'm assuming you are new to this diet? You really dont need that much food on the raw primal diet. It's a lot less food in comparison to normal diets. Also even if you did need to pay more, why wouldn't you splurge a bit extra to ensure you're living as healthy as humanly possible? University degrees hold no value in this life, and is only a piece of paper that employers read that says you learnt the stuff needed to be a good worker. I understand your want to find better work that you might enjoy more, but health is THE MOST IMPORTANT thing in this life. Health is the roots to life itself. It makes you happier, you enjoy life more, more energy, healthier, more freeing. Health is wealth.

@georgeprimal liver has a lot of nutrients and it's cheap. But also raw milk and raw meat are needed in proper amounts.

        Raw liver enjoyer

It's impossible in most countries if you're broke. Chicken breast is cheap sure but you need raw milk raw butter etc, they are not cheap. If you are in America there are some sources that are more affordable than in most other countries, that could help.

@Jack Thanks for your reply, yes, I'm new to this diet, slowly transitioning from animal-based/carnivore. Definitely willing to pay more for high-quality food for health, etc., just harder due to low income. I know degrees are pretty useless and stuff, but my parents kinda force me to study. I argue with them all the time about it, but whatever, at least I study a topic I really enjoy learning about. For the maximum health, unemployment would be the best (ironically), but with the food costs, etc., you'll need some way to get money to live comfortablely.

@Rabbi Thanks for your reply. I can get liver and raw milk pretty cheaply, so I can eat lots of that. However, drinking large amounts of milk wouldn't be ideal due to the lactose, right? (I come from a typical standard western diet, so I'm still trying to fix my acne and bloating, etc., maybe carbs will slow down my recovery and cause breakouts/bloating.)

@Rabbi True. Although some people's guts still might have problems with raw milk. I believe aajonus himself has said this, as well as other primal influences. I think it's quite rare though, I'm yet to meet someone who has issue with raw milk.
