My mums decided shes got fed up of me secretly eating raw meat so shes told me to make a weeky meal plan in this format:

The budget for the week is £75 max and my mums restricted me from eating any raw meats
The only organ meat I have access to is liver and the only raw dairy food I've got access to is raw cheese
Hopefully the meal plan will last me for 2 years until I'm 16 and move out and can buy whatever the fuck I want but I just posted this because I need help from people more educated on this than me to suggest what sort of foods I should incorporate

I suppose if it has to be cooked then I would incorporate a lot of steak which can be blue rare to preserve some nutrients, eggs too can be cooked so that the yolk is still preserved.
Aajonus has a few stew recipes I think, if I were you I’d check those out. Oysters and such will also be good -

I finished making the meal plan but I'm unsure if its decent enough

I could probably still sneak some raw eggs and liver from time to time but is the plan sustainable?
(Ill probably just skip eating the school lunch cause holy fuck its bad)

@Plixci Eat much more raw dairy (cheese for you as its the only you can get) and add ofc some raw liver every week.

@Rabbi my bad I forgot to specify that everything in the extra row is spanned across the entire week, so there would be a lot of raw cheese and I will try to sneak some more raw liver

Looking at your meal plan... You should definitely include more animal food. Not sure how much your mom limits your meat and eggs consumption but I recommend you eat more eggs. You are growing and eggs are very cheap and they will help you grow unlike fruit. Your cheekbones and height will thank you later. There is no point in eating fruit now if you live in scotland. Cut down on fruit as much as you can and replace with raw eggs as much as you can. idk how your school lunch is but my school makes their own food and cook with seed oils
It's arguably the worst thing that people consume. I'd suggest you really try and avoid cooked fats, especially seed oils. Btw, you can put little bit of meat in a glass jar and let it ferment and your mom won't notice if you hide it outside. If you had raw butter that would be so much better for you cuz cooked fats are pretty bad. You could cook your meat and then eat raw fat from the butcher in secret hopefully for very cheap (my beef fat is like 5£/kg I think)🤫 Since your growing you main focus should be on raw fatty animal foods. Nothing wrong with cod, but it's very lean, so buying 20% ground beef supermarket ground beef is a lot better. Just know that fat is your best friend right now. Skip fruit and spam raw fat and as much eggs as possible (don't exclude meat). Also focus on the cheaper cuts of fatty meat so you can eat more meat
You could become one of best looking guy in your school ( unless you arent already) if your ascension is good enough and your not completely malnourished right now. Good luck
