what causes sore throat

    I get that it's a detox mechanism of the body, but why specifically the throat, I get diarrhea or tiredness, acne, but a sore throat causes you to want to eat less therefore supplying your body less with nutrition.
    kinda counter productive.

    also why do we more often detox during the cold seasons, i imagine our bodies need to work harder to retain optimal temperature so why work even harder to detox?

      @liverman12 Dry throat, drink high fat cream and its gonna go away in few minutes.

          @liverman12 From my understanding, it would be a result of toxins stored in those tissues, and now your body breaking down those cells or detoxing that area. The toxins will be in the throat because you breathed in chemicals. Literally anything you breath in that’s not natural and then that builds up in those tissues. Heavy metals from chemtrails, cooking with Teflon and breathing that in, VOCs, chemical off gas from perfumes and and fragrances, etc list goes on forever.
