I’ve seen a lot of debates online. what is more important, milk being A2 or milk being unpasteurized?

The way you phrase the question is weird do you mean A2 pasteurized or A1 unpasteurized? Probably A1 unpasteurized even though i think most of us agree A2 Unpasteurized is best

@Jay I mean like, what milk would be better. A2 pastuerised, or raw A1

@veloman I'd choose A2 pasturised just because my genes are very good at tolerating milk. Most people would be better going with A1 unpasteurized. even though A1 is more inflammatory.

@veloman of course, they both matter. It depends on the context, though. When considering raw A1 or pasteurized A2, I would say on paper for younger people especially, A1 raw would be best, even though it is rough on digestion, the growth factors and lactoferrin are more important in certain circumstances.

              Enjoy the raw milk
