"Local media reports say that Putin is one of many Russians who have consumed and bathed in blood from the severed antlers of Siberian red deers. Bathers believe the blood gives them strength and stops the aging process. " - CNN

"He follows that with raw quail eggs, taken as a drink rather than cooked." - Hindustan Times

It's not coincidence one of the most powerful and richest people on Earth consumes blood, raw eggs and takes baths with blood!

@veloman definitely not, urine is loaded with stem cells and bacteria with probably more good stuff too. While on your first few years of this diet I would not recommend it because of the major detoxing we experience. Maybe after a few years and after going through major detoxing and feeling healthy

@RuskinPrimal There is no benefits, trust me. Urine doesn't have bacteria, even if it would those are already inside you and there is no beneficial things the body would excrete out.

You are literally detoxing and then drinking the detox liquid which has toxins in it, isn't that quite dumb.

(If we are looking at which elite is into raw food, look at how their children developed)

If i had to guess he's doing this part time, like the raw eggs, blood & such. I doubt he would be into full time like we are

                Overall Great Topic

@Rabbi I disagree, tonsil stones are also a system which the body detox's that requires the body to willing use up some calcium to bind to some sort of toxin in the body. The body willingly gives up some calcium to export a toxin out. So as I said before, after years on the diet and significant detoxification it may be possible that your urine is far less toxic and that your can benefit from for example, the stem cells that are excreted.
