I have access to unfrozen A1 cows milk and frozen sheep’s milk. Both give me insane bloat and gas.
    I have 2 questions:
Can I fix that sensitivity by fermenting the milk for a couple of days and drinking its enlarged bacterial content in hopes my gut will adjust to milk?
If both milks give me the same reaction, could I not be sensitive to A1? Is it that bad to drink frozen milk? I guess the milk and fat separate a bit but even the goy media tells us that the bacteria survived and thrives after thawing.

What’s your source? Confirm it’s raw and unfrozen for the cow milk, I just reread

@Elliott87 It’s from a local farm, as it’s illegal to sell it here. Their cows are A1 though. I’ll try to over grow the bacteria in it a bit
