    Since intense physical activity isn't recommended, should I just walk more? Would 10k steps daily, for example, be a good form of low intensity cardio? Thanks for the attention 🙏

    @ENAMV are you currently eating 1 meal a day or have tried that in the past? In my experience this form of fasting helps me lose weight the fastest (along side no carbs and decent amount of walking)

      @ENAMV Would not recommend that, big and rapid fat loss is very unhealthy as the toxins in the fat will spread to the surrounding tissues including organs.

      Maybe try slow way by eating more eggs and raw meat, and less fat.

        @veloman22 yes, ive been trying to eat 1 or 2 meals a day, the thing is my mom makes some really high calorie stuff like pasta, baked potatoes, etc so its kinda hard to control my calorie intake.

        @rabbi im eating around 4-6 eggs a day, drinking 1L of milk (not raw, getting 10L of raw milk next monday tho) and prioritazing very slightly cooked meat (gonna start with raw meat soon) over other foods. Ive already lost 3kg since i started the diet but i think it was just my body detoxing some of the toxins i had + water weight

          @ENAMV Yeah maybe dont drink that much raw milk, its high calorie, focus on raw organs, raw meat and raw eggs if you really want to lose fat.

              @ENAMV when you get the milk you should try out fermenting it and making kefir/yoghurt, thr bacteria will improve your gut microbiome and reduce inflammation and help the body regulate your metabolism

                  @ENAMV What you have to do is focus on nutrient density. Oysters, egg yolks, and liver are great options. Walking 10k steps is a good idea.

                  Enjoy the raw milk

                    @Swansven so what am i supposed to do with the 10L of raw milk? Just ferment it or drink like only a cup a day?

                      @ENAMV Fermenting it isn't a bad idea for sure. It'll get you feeling nice and has a better nutrient profile. Try that and if you like it, stick with it. If not, drinking it plain shouldn't hurt much.

                      Enjoy the raw milk

                          @Rabbi @enamv
                          hes probably in development so he should drink lots of raw milk imo. he will defiantly lose fat regardless as hes eating healthier by the day.

                            @RawisLaw maybe if the fat he is losing is fueling the growth
