I got sick from raw milk, i won’t drink it anymore and rather stick to a good Mediterranean diet. I got hospitalized because i would’ve died, and i had extreme pain. There’s a low chance of getting sick from raw milk but i got sick. I never wanna experience this again. Please stop drinking milk. I also thought it’s good. You can hydrate with fruit juice or so. Did the "doctors" tell you you got sick from the raw milk?
Mostly they just have this instant conclusion without doing proper research.Salmonella is something we all have in our bodies. It's not something that makes you sick. What makes you "sick" is that you're going through a detox, which is good. You're getting rid of the toxins you got from the cooked foods and slop.
