So Its spring again and every time I have a REALLY bad pollen allergy, is there anything I can do about it cause its annoying as fuck like I cant go out normally without sneezing all the time so what shall I do?

@Kevin-Joel-Werner Raw liver 1kg per week till autumn. This eliminated allergies for me completely and yes they were really bad.

@ela doesnt work, I ate raw honey for allergies and it didnt do anything. Only thing that worked is raw liver.

@Rabbi Ah I see, I’ve heard it mentioned a few times that’s why I suggested it

@ela Yeah I know, they just use it to sell their own raw honey, I tried it, no help for allergies.
