Raw fish

Tomorrow, I’m gonna buy two wild caught mackerels at the fishmonger’s shop. How do you guys prepare raw fish ? What part do you cut/ eat ? And what do you usually eat your fish with ?

@Elina I mean I guess you can eat everything but the skin, bones and gut in fish.

@Elina Yeah its the protective "shield" element of the fish.
