@nscr0bllds1 must be a mental hurdle you have to cross. Drinking the egg whole for me has always been a little difficult, only from the texture. But over time you get use to it. Take everyone else's suggestion to only consume the yolk raw. or mix only the yolk with milk. If it's the taste that puts you off, just add honey and mix it, should help with flavour if thats what disturbs you. I personally don't taste anything when I drink them. Or i can recommend just putting the raw egg in a glass then mixing it up before drinking, helped me to get it down when first drinking them.

It’s becos you’re most likely eating vaccinated corn and soy fed eggs. I had this issue in Europe but for some reason in Asia i don’t I think there is a mass poisoning there, when I eat steak tartare in London restaurants it tastes fucking disgusting made me start to question things but when I had it in Asia it was good - but not as good as I remember it 2-3 years ago. Somethings changed or I’m tripping
