I found some relatively cheap raw liver at Walmart (not frozen), it's definitely not the best quality but is it still beneficial to eat it or would it be detrimental and i should just stick to high quality muscle meat until i find some higher quality liver?

Avoid the liver you can get a really bad one and ur cooked. Muscle meat quality isn't that important tho just worry about fat quality and organs. It's ideal to have everything perfect but it's not that big of a deal if you eat shitty very lean chicken breast and cut out the small part of the fat.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@truman I wouldn't eat walmart liver tbh only muscle meat. See how it smells and tastes and if you don't like it then you definitely shouldn't eat it.

            Enjoy the raw milk
