Finding raw milk

I can’t find high-quality buffalo milk and I can’t find any high-quality raw cows milk and last time I bought buffaloes milk I got kind of sick from it because it isn’t that high-quality. I know people who sell it pasteurized but I’m not sure how bad it is for me because I really do enjoy the taste of buffalo milk but I don’t know. Can you guys help me what am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to just buy the pasteurized one because I can’t find any high-quality raw buffalo milk since almost every one of my country feeds in the same slop nothing is grass fed so should I just buy the pastries or what do?

@rashed i really recommend you avoid pasteurized dairy, especially milk.

@rashed look for dairy farms and call the farm. Otherwise you can hydrate with plant juice and eggs which is actually decent.

I mean some of these I don’t see a problem with some of them but I really love the smell and taste of raw buffalo milk won’t I just adapt to the milk or not

@yes-yes fruits and vegetables. I recommend you would avoid sugary fruits unless it's watermelon if you don't get a lot of sun where you live meaning that the uv is high enough. You can make vegetable juice from aajonus

@rashed it's pasteurized milk you said. Raw is fine unless its injected with some garbage. What it eats just impact it's nutrient profile a bit nothing to worry about.
