Why do you guys think FaceIQ has changed his opinions? Since he has not actually properly stated an explanation other than 'blood markers', I assume he did it to appeal to more people. Carbs aren't that bad compared to processed junk, but you have to be realistic and honest about the mechanisms at play. Just like Paul Saladino, he is unable to thwart the claims that he made against sugar not too long ago.

@Swansven I mean he is more focused on lifestyle than healing from chronic disease.
Idk what "health" means to him really.
@Rabbi he's always advocated diet as number one but he didn't underestimate environment. I honestly think since he has such a big presence that they dead ass just threatened his life because the vibe was off in the video and he recommends 400+ grams of carbs a day which would be completely impossible in a natural environment.

My personal take is that it's genetic & some people crave the fructose more than others.. This is also depending in where you was raised, so some people do better on strict carnivore vs a fruit or two per day.. I stand tall on 1 fruit per day in the UK.. FaceIQ was just so Smug & Dogmatic about what is optimal with fruit.. it really is coming back to bite him.
