How does one cope with heartbreak from Aajonous Pov. Anyone got Subjective experience with how they dealt with the pain and everything?

Meditations & Journaling on a day today.. Accepting who you are & pretty much being forced to be stoic in today's world as the work office's & playgrounds are run by narcissists & shitheads.. If you at least try when shit hit's the fan, then thats something.

      seriously, it's gonna be ok.

@Jay oh yeah I get that I meant like from a food nutrition perspective. Is there any specific food recipe to heal. Like I cant find aajonous mention anything about the topic. Thanks for the advice though.

Oh my bad! I wonder myself if aajonous wrote about that too, I wouldn't have thought so as it's like an intuition thing and this is what we are supposed to eat. We are not emotionally attached to our food anymore otherwise we'd be eating mcdonalds lol. If i'm going to be real my first thought would be raw liver for heart break.

@Klaudio_Bosi Aajonus said high meat and fermented foods can take away depression.

@ru yes but is the sadness of the relationship because of low bacteria? That's what you think?

@Klaudio_Bosi nah it’s kind of like getting a bit high but no negatives. It can help you get out of depressive thoughts.

I get that. Aajonous did recommend some stuff about depression and trauma and what not. The original meaning of the question would be is the feeling of sadness and longing categorised by aajonous by depression, trauma or its just something he never talked about. Ofc generally high bacteria would make you happier and stuff. Just in what category would the issue sit as. Depression trauma or smth else? That was my question.

@Klaudio_Bosi You’re depressed, it’s not trauma. You enjoyed your relationship and now it’s over. Life has ups and downs.

As far as I know Aajonus didn’t talk about getting over relationships.

@ru its trauma induced. I have tried every food once when I had heartbreak, nothing really helped instantly, but it went away pretty fast which was good, most likely rawprimal helped to sooth the nerves and speed up recovery to homeostasis.

@Klaudio_Bosi I coped by drinking blood, it has "life-force" of the animal, its pretty cope but could help.

Just block her everywhere and find a new girl to vent about this. I just found 2 girls then and I spoke hours a day with them to vent about my breakup for few weeks, idk how the hell they listened but yes, it was very helpful. Girls are very empathetic and good listeners 🙂
