I'm used to falling asleep between 6-8am and wanna get back to falling asleep at around 12am since I miss lots of the sun.

even tho I get somewhat tired already at around 2-3 since it's already dark for a while, but I always start thinking so much and can't actually fall asleep.

any natural remedies to getting back to that time, I hate alarms so I don't use them.

If your window isn’t by the street try leaving it open you’ll automatically adjust your circadian rythm to the sun
