The fact that you get stronger and can progressivly overload is because you healed, its evidence you healed.First you compensate then you overcompensate, now u got a bit bigger and a bit stronger.

some bodybuilders that compete professionally have double chins even at 4% bf cuz the muscles in there face get overdeveloped from test and hgh.

@Vladimir yes more strength in supras will help but its also about lengtening the downpulling muscles and if your front neck muscles are pulling your head forward it actually shortens it

@Chill well if you eat enough to replace nutrients working out is fine, on this diet it’s fine ngl. Tho it is a useless waste of time and energy but each to their own.
On normal diets you will never replace those nutrients lost so you leach it from other cells. Thus causing aging, this also happens when ur malnourished etc
