I got this funguses on my back from the sun

Smear it with fat(to reduce itching) and let it happen. Probably those are degenerative skin cells that where damaged by the sun, you don’t have any bacteria to eat it so you have a ‘fungus’ doing it. Just let it happen.
Maybe you could put some meat on it too to provide some bacteria and possibly speed it up
