I am 15. From what I can tell my teeth got slightly yellower compared to them around 6 months ago. There is some plaque aswell. I plan on going to the dentist to get that fixed. I sometimes eat raw meat and raw dairy.

2-3 years vegetable juices and forget.

I was just opening my bowl of raw cream fresh from the butcher and I asked myself. "What if someone put poision in my raw cream?" I wouldn't be able to prove that the butcher poisoned it, I wouldn't know that the butcher poisoned it in the first place.

It's a hypothetical scenario but still W butcher for not trying to kill us. It would hurt their business, because if we die from their food he'll lose a customer. Moreover it would harm them mentally, seeing as they would have killed an extremely smart person. All meat eaters are smart. Raw meat eaters are even smarter. Vegans are at the bottom, with an extremely small iq. So are those who say raw foods are bad.

After I ate my raw meat, I witnessed my mother washing it. I told her to stop washing it but she refused. I suppose that she was that there was some blood on the meat and that is why she washed it. That's stupid. She isn't the one eating it. And if I feel fine after eating it with blood on it, why does she bother washing it?

Anyways, I hope it doesn't do anything negative to the meat. I recall that Aajonus said that it's bad, since it pushes toxins further inside the meat. I hope that it won't affect the meat that much.

I ate some raw pig skin , raw beef (meat and fat) and a small amount of bone marrow. I laid down for around 20 minutes to use my phone and I noticed that I felt nauseous. I will send some pics regarding the quality of the beef. The pig skin was pretty high quality.

Could it be detox? It is important to say that I eat raw meat once or twice a month
I usually consume raw dairy or raw eggs.

The only thing that comes to mind apart from detox is the fact that the cow could have been vaccinated, although I highly doubt it since it was from the butcher.

@Rabbi I really doubt it was frozen. One time, when I went there they were just bringing in the calf and it was still warm. I suppose that it being white is due to it being grain fed. Anyways, the butcher sells pretty good stuff. They also have raw milk, raw cream and raw cheese which I have never seen before in my city. I know it would have been better if it was grass fed but it's pretty hard to find someone that can provide such meat, especially in my country.

I got some raw beef fat from the butcher. Just the fat, without any meat. I saw that some parts are pretty solid and over all easy to eat and some way chewier. It tastes similar to bone marrow, fatty and leaves a nice after taste. It's white, but the fat was from a calf.

I am 15 years old, 176 cm tall and weigh 61 KG
After I take my exams ( In which hopefully I get a good grade, so I can go to a good school) I plan on telling my parents that I wanna only eat raw foods. So far I have eaten some raw liver, raw meat, raw milk and raw eggs.
(never in high amounts, at most 200 grams and rarely)

Out of all the raw foods I like raw meat best, but I don't really know what part of the calf I should ask the butcher for. She has the whole calf on a table and cuts pieces of meat from it. What parts of the calf should I ask for? ( I find those with a lot of connective tissue hard to eat)

2nd question : One time, after eating some raw meat and raw liver I experienced slight stomach pain. ( I suppose that it is from the liver, because I have eaten only raw meat 2-3 hours before and experienced no symptoms)
The day after I had diarrhea. The raw liver didn't have a bad taste.( In total it weighed around 1 kilogram, so I suppose it was from a calf) I would describe it as sweet , and slightly bitter irony taste . The texture of it was good, the color too. From what I have seen, Aajonus would describe it as detox. I am not really sure about that.
Could it be that the liver had some toxins? Or did the liver help me detox from the toxins that were already in my body?

3rd question : How can I store raw meat, organs and milk?
For the raw meat and raw organs, my mom would put them in the freezer. Is it safe to eat frozen meat and organs raw? How can I store them more easily? (Something that doesn't give u as much of a headache as thawing the meat.

How can I store raw milk more easily? Beside putting it in the fridge. ( from what I have seen, Aajonus said not to put raw milk in the fridge)
