i'm mostly asking on how the raw primal diet affects a womans hormones, body, etc, and is it good or bad? and what experiences you had with it (if you are a woman) i've seen alot of woman say it increased their chest size but that was it, and also some stuff about their cramps going away. if you have any knowledge i'd love to know! i am also starting out with this diet, mostly eating raw dairy (milk, cheese, and also honey) since my mom already buys this stuff normally (W MOTHER) with also alot of sun exposure, i already feel 50x more energy and feel much different mentally. but how can i introduce the raw meat stuff to my parents still? my mom is very about healthy food and raw food but not meat yet. if you have any similar stories or advice please do tell.
